Jim Varallo has been in the M&A game for over 35 years, advising companies on their strategic moves. He's worked in a variety of industries, from canned meats to software to garden nurseries.  At WhiteHorse Partners Jim is the guy you want in your corner, as he always fights for his clients' success.

Jim is a Nashville native and graduated from Vanderbilt with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Business Law. He's been married to his entrepreneurial wife, Deborah, for 45 years. Prior to M&A, Jim owned a distribution company that he sold to start a successful real estate firm.  Jim still owns the real estate firm today.  Together Jim and Deborah own and manage a commercial real estate and a PR & Marketing firm together.

Despite his busy schedule, Jim finds time to give back to his community.  He has served and chaired various St. Stephen Catholic Community committees for almost 38 years. When he's not working or volunteering, you can find Jim piloting his cruiser, the "Township," named after his beloved grandson Townes Hayes.
