Bringing over 25 years of M&A experience, Jeff has guided numerous business owners through acquisitions, divestitures, and performance enhancements. Jeff's expertise lies in the analysis, strategic planning, and delivering successful outcomes for clients across diverse industries and with varying requirements.

As COO at Whitehorse Partners, Jeff oversees every bit of work the WhiteHorse Team produces – from valuations to marketing to transactions and post-closing activity.  He keeps everything and everyone on track. Jeff has held executive positions at M&A consulting firms and Citigroup Global Markets. 

When he's not helping clients through the complex world of M&A, Jeff enjoys the country life in Brevard, North Carolina, with his wife, three children, and their furry and feathered friends.
