Brian is a man of many talents and has over 40 years of experience in various business areas. He's dabbled in small business ownership, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and private company operations and financial management.  Brian's career began in small private company operations and finance, and he rose to become CEO and CFO at several high-technology manufacturing firms in various industries. Brian spent 20 years as a corporate and independent business broker, where he initiated and closed 17 buy and sell side transactions, with a combined enterprise value exceeding $100 million. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston College and lifelong membership in the Financial Executives Institute.
